Azura Deluxe Resort & Spa

Very nice and modern new hotel, with some small room for improvement.

Not to big but for us very comfortable room; everything very new and clean. We had a room with sea side view the was amazing. Room service changed every day towels and bed. Mini bar and seif were icluded in the room prise. 2 times we were supeized with swan made from towels ; fruits and wine in our room. Was really nice.

Room Service and animation in hotel were really great. The minus point was the reception and bar/restaurant staff. Reception staff speak unfortunately not really communicative in englisch or german . They were very friendly and open to help but few times we needed to wait until some german or English speaking reception employee come to understand what we want. At the bar and restaurant was also very hard to communicate wit staff but when no englisch or german works you can always use hands and menu to explain. Was really funny At the bar sometimes we had a feeling the barman was new and not really know how to mix the drinks. So there is a small room for improvement.

You will not be hungry and it is alway question of personal preferences and taste. The buffet and menu was huge. You could always find something to eat but , we were expecting more spices. The deser buffet and salads and fruits buffet were our favorits. Also by the gala dinner outside of hotel the taste quality was much better for us as on normal days. Pity there was no buffet for people who do not go out of vert before 10:00. But we knew about it from the beginning. Drinks were quite ok as for all inclusive but to get some havanna rum, absolut vodka or good whisky you needed to say the name exactly before ordering, soft drinks and beer were totally ok. Only coffee and wine not. you could drink it but after 9 days I missed my express coffee and good wine.

Central in small village Avsallar. With shopping posibilities. Near to hitel was a bus and taxi station. The location between Side and Alanya was a plus point for discovering of region without taking organised trip from agency. Beside hotel have own beach and great pier were you can enjoy wonderful sunset and relax .

Animation was ok good program not overloaded. Minus point was that volleyball was offered in noon, when the sun and temperature were amazing high. Beside you could always find something suitable for you. Animators were very friendly and professional. Every evening we could watch a show , play bingo and afterwards dance while disco or life music concert on pier. What I have missed on parties in hotel was a music that suits for all. DJ was doing his best but for someone that is not going every evening in electromusic clubs was difficult to move on the dance floor. Beside for different age group from time to time would be nice to mix some hits from different years or jut play the song in original form. Life music was ok excluding one evening were the band after noticing that there is a lot of turkish tourist started to sind only the turkish hits. at the beginning was nice but after 4th song we went to the bar in hotel.

In general very good hotel we had a nice stay there and could a bit relax. If we will again visit Turkey for sure we will come again to Azura. Room Service, pool and beach together with many posibilities to explore the riviera region is perfect. Hotel is new first this year opened so we hope with experience after first season some improvements will be taken and by next stay we will assess Azura as excellent .

Unfortunately our travel agency get insolvent on 5day of our stay. Thanks to mails and telephones we made we get some information how to proceed and how to initiate the refurbishment of cost by the insurance. Nevertheless due to this unlucky situation we needed to pay alone for the rest 4 nights in the hotel as well as organize our transfer. This also was connected with high stress level. Big minus we have to mention is the cooperating travel agency aMTS that in this situation was not helping the tourist but trying to use them abg get the money. They were not telling the truth about payed flight and wanted that all tourist pay once again their Trip ( because you will anyway get the money from insurance )this treating of the people was under the belt line especially for the people who could not pay . Secondary there was no proposal from MTS to help the people by re booking or searching the new flights. Was really disappointing. Wtravel ok, but MTS more than disappointing.
