Intercontinental Frankfurt

Hotel was very nice, and the reception was very friendly. The rooms were nice enough, but the bathroom was much too small. The bed was also not very comfortable. For the price the hotel was very good and in a good location for seeing all Frankfurt has to offer. Main Train Station is relatively closeby.

Hotel was just fine, but the bathroom was very small - hard to maneuver around sometimes. The bed was not comfortable at all. Location and friendliness of the staff was great!

If you are flexible in your travel dates, you may want to check to see what major special events are taking place in Frankfurt before you go. We did not know that a big demonstration was taking place on the very day we arrived. Because of that taxis were not driving in the city, and the majority of the subway stations were closed. We were there for an even at The Old Opera House which was far enough away from the hotel that it was very difficult to get around - lots and lots of walking to get to our venue. When you are older and have problems to walk so far, it would be a major problem with no taxis and not enough subways functioning!!!
