Reef

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life,and I wonder why it is called a hotel in the first place! I wonder who is giving positive comments on this hotel! We were suppose to stay there for 3 weeks but we manage to stay ony two days.The hotel is written 3 stars but its more of 1 star as a 3 star hotel. It has over 80% residential occupancy so I guess is not meant for European standards.The reception smells Cats urine, the rooms full of cobwebs and spiders,the hotel and hotel rooms seems not to be renovated for a very long time, baby pool fand pools full of hair and the water changed colour, the table clothes are no longer white and in fact, they have plastic table mats for lunch....If you risk going their,you should be ready for 3 days cancellation when you want to leave the hotel, because we experienced it as we could not stand it anymore,of all it wasn't our fault...It was tooooooooooooooooo dirty! I guess there are no room cleaners in that hotel...If you've ever been there, try another hotel in Kenya for comparison. For holiday, The Reef Hotel Nyali is the worst place you can ever go...

¨The pool is dirty. Baby pool is full of hair. Kids club also very dirty and dangerous for children. The TV are in the room but they are nit usable due to network problem, you will just see rice on it. The balcon is seems unrenovated, with dirty sight outside...
